We have not yet received notification, that the Advanced Diplomas will be accredited by the BACP and this is still with them to decide. It is however accredited by the NCPS, an equally reputable body and one we have a good working relationship with. We have no reason to believe the BACP will not accredit the course in good time. Either way, you will still be able to join the BACP when you are qualified.
Yes it is. All coursework, placements and viva processes remain with the same name and the wording on your certificate will reflect this.
An increase in client hours needs to be agreed by your placement provider and supervisor. As we develop relationships with you and get to know you all, we will also be involved. However for now, we will be guided by their professional judgement
Once we know how many students require vivas, we will determine the easiest and most efficient way to book them.
One at a time is fine. An invoice will be sent to you once it is marked.
We will be looking at ex-IMC tutors to support students to viva, but we also intend to learn the process so that we can offer assistance in the future if needed.
